RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
EXCHANGES
To do so, please e-mail us at love@primecasualwear.com, with a photo of your order(s) and proof of purchase.
The t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received them.
Shipping costs are not included.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt, hoodie, pants, shorts etc(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you have received them.
If you wish to return your online purchase, please e-mail us first at love@primecasualwear.com for further assistance.
Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if the return is accepted.
It may take up to 15 working days for the refund to be credited back in to your bank account/credit card.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it gets credited on your account. There is often a certain processing period involved - please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be fulfilled.
If you have followed all the steps, and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at love@primecasualwear.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds do not include shipping fees as these are non-refundable.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
These policies only apply to our online store.
If you would like to exchange a t-shirt previously bought in one of our physical stores, you can visit that store directly or e-mail us at love@primecasualwear.com
We accept returns for purchases made in physical stores within 14 days of purchase. The receipt must be presented.
