Mount Gutanasar is an extinct volcano located in the western part of the Geghama Mountains that rises 400 m from its surrounding terrain to an altitude of 2,299 m above sea level. Gutanasar’s crater is largely composed of Pliocene lava and ash, although there is also perlite and pumice here.
